Returns
We do not accept returns/exchanges. ymais368@gmail.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exceptions for returns
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item or are missing some items, please contact ymais368@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
We do not accept order changes once an order has been shipped.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at ymais368@gmail.com with your name and order number. We do not accept cancellations once an order is marked as “shipped” or “fulfilled”.
Refunds for returns and order cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or order cancellation and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, this may take 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
